Questions

Is the tree really planted?

Yes. Our partner Tree-Nation plants it in one of their reforestation projects during that project's planting season, and every tree has a certificate you can open from the app.

Does it cost anything?

The game is free. Watering is paid for by short ads you choose to watch. You can also pledge a tree straight away with a single purchase.

Do I need an account?

Not to play. You sign in with Apple or Google when you water your Real Seed or pledge a tree, so your real trees stay yours.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to More, Settings, Account and tap Delete account. You can also email us; the steps are on our account deletion page.
